Okay, here goes. As you can see, my very first blog post was a brief yet excited post about being, what else, but a bookworm :-) Reading back, I can't believe :
1 - I used to read read 8 - 10 books a month! Wow! Now, I'm lucky if I finish reading one or two.
2 - It's been over 2 years since I started blogging! I truly hadn't noticed.
3 - What a long, exciting and encouraging journey it's been! And that's changed me (hopefully for the better!)
This blog started out as an outlet for my book reviews and other publishing tidbits I found along the way. Being a bookworm I loved nothing more (and I still do!) than entering and winning contests with book or book related prizes. Gradually authors started to make their blog presence felt and more and more started having contests where entry could be gained by promoting their upcoming releases on one's blog. This started the conversion of my blog into a contest-promoting one. Phew! What a metamorphosis, don't you think? But now I'm getting back into reviewing and you can read more about that on my other blog : A Book Blogger's Diary.

Long ago, I used to read 6+ books a month too...it's rare for me to finish more than one now!
