Review and Giveaway - Bugaboo Shoes

I'm a glutton for shoes - surprisingly, not for me but for my little one! If I paid half the attention (or money) and care on my shoes that I lavish on children's footwear, I'd be a wealthy woman today. Yeah, right ::snort::! But seriously. I love to encase my son's tender growing feet in footwear that won't cause discomfort, restrict growth, cause him to fall or some other dire thing conjured up by my overactive imagination. You Moms know what I mean!

When RS Designs first contacted me about a giveaway on her blog for Bugaboo shoes, I was curious as I had never heard of this store before. By the time I browsed her giveaway and the Bugaboo site, I knew why I had never heard of it before --- because it's one of the best-kept secrets around, that's why! I didn't want to share this giveaway with y'all as I wanted to snag a pair for my Kiddo, but being the generous person I am (let me straighten my Halo here) I raved about these shoes and shared the giveaway info with you readers. And guess what ... someone else won, boo hoo. Naaah, not really!

For Bugaboo shoes offered me a pair for review and... here's the exciting part - a pair to give away to give one lucky reader of this blog!!! More on that later.

Their designs are so pretty and the girl shoes especially so. Made me long to have another baby, a girl this time, if only so I could dress her feet in a pair of those girlie-girl Paulie Anns or a funky pair of Willows. And oh, so many more! All in beautiful colors and innovative designs. That goes for the boys shoes too. Otto, Skipper, Sam etc are all shoes that feel as good as they look. I say this with absolute certainty for Skipper in particular as this pair has given my son hours of fun without causing the least discomfort. They are soft to the touch, easy to clean and have lasted well through the rigorous workout on all kinds of surfaces that my son has put them through.
