Shoo Shoes - Review and Giveaway

There certainly are some mighty cute and well-crafted baby shoes out there these days, unlike the bulky, shiny plastic ones of my childhood, which did little to support and plenty to squeeze. Just recently the Bugaboo Shoes giveaway concluded here at A Bookworm(Mom)'s Diary. If you had your heart set of winning a cute pair and were disappointed, then don't lose heart.

I'm always on the lookout for high-quality shoes for my toddler that'll support his growing feet while providing support and comfort to take him where ever his adventurous spirit and curious nature takes him. When I put his feet in the Sand Suede Sandals that we got for review (in a cute little clear plastic tote), I did so with confidence, knowing that ShooShoos shoes are designed with the help of pediatricians and sport shoe institutes to give young feet the healthiest start!

Not only do these high quality 100% Nappa leather (it's the same kind of leather they use in Luxury Cars. Think BMW!) baby shoes provide non-sweat, breathable comfort in any kind of heat, but their elasticized ankles also ensures I can put them on easily whereas my son can't take them off with equal ease. Which means, no more lost shoes! (don't ask me how many orphan pairs I have). Non-slip soles ensure I don't live in perpetual fear of hearing an ominous thud and Non-Toxic dyes mean skin friendly - no allergens, carcinogens, pesticides, heavy metals, or formaldehyde (which is actually one of the most common shoe allergens out there). All of which are, in my book, a BIG PLUS!

And when they got dirty, which they inevitably did as my son walked/ran/dragged them everywhere, from the park to the mall to the backyard, and yes, even through some dog poop! I immediately threw them in the washer and according to the instructions, washed them on gentle cycle with like colors in cold water. They came out looking none the worse for wear and upon drying, were good to go again!
