This year I'm eating even better. Over the last few years I've cut out a lot of the bad stuff from my diet.
Never have been a coffee drinker. Or a smoker. Or alcohol more than a few glasses a year. No more soft drinks. Fast food about 4 times a year. I drink a lot of water.
This year I'm using my Wii fit more and making more things from scratch so I know what is in them.

I have started to eat more whole grain breads and pasta. I have cut out sugars and eating more bananas,strawberries,blueberries,
brocoli and drinking more fat free milk, yogurt and cottage cheese. Also have stopped drinking sodas and drinking more water.

I've been drinking tea as my beverage of choice, instead of soft drinks and I have vegan meals 3 times a week.
dieting , less sugar intake and less salt, and we are actaully trying differnt yogurts, me and my daughters, and more fruits and salads

Well, I'm currently pregnant, so I have to eat healthy to ensure a healthy baby - taking prenatal vitamins and no caffeine (except from the small amount of chocolate I allow myself as a treat).
I bring snacks with me when I have to run errands so that when I get hungry, I have something healthy on hand! No more temptations for the drive thru!
I have been trying to drink lots more water. Since I am breastfeeding I try and make sure I eat healthy and drink lots of fluid. And I try and stay away from the caffeine.

I am 7mo pregnant with Gestinal diabetis so I watch my carb and sugar intake very closely I am now eating healthier then I did with my last 4 pregnancy's and I hope to continue after this one is born next month.
